Ships within 1–2 business days. Most flag and accessory orders go out the same or next business day from our warehouse in Slate Hill, NY.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders below that threshold are charged actual UPS/USPS rates calculated at checkout.

Yes — we ship to all U.S. states and territories. Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping promotions apply to the contiguous 48 states only.

Not at this time. We ship within the United States only. International customers can sometimes arrange a domestic forwarding address — call us if you'd like to discuss this option.

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Custom-printed flags, special-order items, and bronze grave markers cast specifically for an order are non-returnable. Defective products are replaced at our cost.

Call us at (845) 562-0088 and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a refund, your choice. Please send a photo of the damaged item; insurance claims with the carrier require it.
